Mt Pleasant Animal Hospital: M Viesto has been in contact with Dr. Vali who expressed interest in being a sponsor, suggesting expectations of signs and banners.  Also a generous donation in memory of Dr. Brian Silverlieb was mentioned.  Reggiano will forward information on dog hydrants, benches to Viesto for review.
Strutt Your Mutt:
Vendor lists have gone out, feedback is slow.  Fedorchek offered to call to follow up in raising awareness and funds.  Participation fee is $100 this year.  33 were mailed so far, Reggiano will send list out to committee for more suggestions and we will need phone numbers.
Signage:  Jaeckel ordered lawn signs and stakes.  Cost $383.  They are due 3/18/11.  Early placement in town prior to 4/24/11 and then more after the holiday once kids are back in school.  Simonds will bring map to next meeting to pin point locations.
Posters:  Jaeckel will volunteer her time to create a poster for the event, Reggiano will order posters.  Everyone will do their part to place them in visible spots around town.
Premiums:  Simonds showed sample of premium kerchief for SYM, approval to proceed was granted.
Ancillary Products:  Dog Tees were approved, people tees were reviewed for color and approved for purchase.  No date on items so they can be sold at future events.
Revenue:  Reggiano working with Roberto to set up PayPal on registration thru our web site, easing application efforts and money collection.
Events:  Viesto suggested we invite Dr Murray and her herding dogs for a demo at SYM, approved. We will also invite K-9 Baro and handler and the Jump Rope team for entertainment.
Jeff Tolson will be our EmCee/Grand Marshall!  Promotion on posters and press will feature this news!
